A Capital Idea: Quick -- find a longer title!

This is the longest title I've seen in a while: Charles Abell, the principal deputy undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness.

At 12:33 PM, June 24, 2004, Nicole said...: I know. It's not enough that they have a secretary, then undersecretaries, then deputy undersecretaries. But he's the *principal* deputy undersecretary.

And "personnel and readiness"? That's what, HR and Homeland Security? I don't know, either.
