Well, these don't seem any better to me than the FBI email headline. :-) A journalism professor I had once assigned us an exercise early on to write a story about some bags of coins that had fallen out of a Brinks truck. Every single student wrote "Pennies from Heaven" as the slugline. He was most scornful.
Of course I wouldn't have *written* such a headline, but in this case the idea of such a thing never would have even occurred to me.
What, no "Turn of An Unfriendly Card"?
